Who I am:

My name is Aaron Cottle. I'm a regular guy, just like you, who decided I wanted more out of life. More energy and vitality, more strength, a better body for the ladies to look at, and more self-esteem and self-confidence. I got it! All I had to do was get on a plan and actually DO it!

What this website is for:

I created this website to give couch potatoes and intermediate exercise enthusiasts tools and motivation to help them get their asses in gear and take charge of their lives and be FIT!

Why I want to help you:

I used to be a scrawny little pipsqueak; the stereotypical 98-pound weakling who gets sand kicked in his face. Since I took charge of my body and got in shape, my self-esteem has skyrocketed. I have more energy, I feel better and healthier, I'm bigger and stronger, I can run farther and faster than most people I know, and no matter where I go, whether it's the mall or the grocery store, girls are constantly checking me out. I love the change! I want YOU to feel this way, too!

Ask yourself this: What kind of person will it make of me to get fit?

Think long and hard. Write it down. This is no ordinary "lose weight fast" scheme. This is a tried-and-true method of becoming healthier, and it does take time. Weeks and months though, not years. You'll feel better two weeks after you start, and you'll want more. I did.

I don't do this for the money. That's why I'm not charging $45 per product I offer like almost everyone else does. All three of my Guides are useful and practical, but they don't cost obscene amounts of money because they shouldn't! It's a program, information and advice, not a magic wand!

How can I help you?

I have put together a Nutrition Guide, a Beginner's Training Guide, and an Intermediate Training Guide to help give you a starting point to begin the change in your life. They require no equipment or weights, no gym memberships, no extra money, and no heavy amount of time spent. That being said, these tools are not nearly as important as the dedication you need to have to yourself to actually DO the exercises. Don't worry, these plans aren't transfused from the Marine Corps. I take it nice and easy and slow, at least to begin with. It doesn't take 30 minutes a day, or even 20.

In fact, for the first few weeks of the Beginner's Guide, you walk for 15-20 minutes every other day! It doesn't get any easier than that! Trust me, by the time it gets even the slightest bit difficult, you'll be chomping at the bit for more. I promise that if you actually keep up with the program and move around during the day, your energy will increase and working out, dropping weight and getting stronger and faster will be FUN! You'll actually see results!

Warning: These training guides are NOT for people who like to shop for "fat-flushing diet pills" that make you skinny in three days. These methods and plans take time and dedication. You have to DO something! Why do you want to get fit? What are you willing to give in return for becoming a healthier person?

Why I think I'm qualified to do this:

I was never in any athletic programs during junior high or high school. After high school I still wasn't involved in any activities that required much physical effort. one day I saw a documentary about the Navy SEALs, and during the documentary they posted information on the physical test required to join the SEALs. It looked plenty easy enough, so I decided to try it. During the first leg of the test, i would have testified in court that my entire body had caught fire. I was three laps into the swimming portion, which is the easiest part of the test. I barely finished, let alone passed.

After I finished throwing up everything i had eaten prior to the test, i sat down and had a little come-to-Jesus meeting with myself. "Aaron," I thought, "you're a wimp! This test is not very difficult, and yet here you are, barely able to move,  puking your brains out and feeling like you're about to die! You're too young to feel like this! You need to get your sorry ass in gear, grow a pair, get yourself in shape and quit embarrassing yourself!"

So I did. I made up my mind to develop a training plan, work out a few days a week in my spare time, and take the Navy SEAL Physical Screening Test every single week to gauge my progress. I can tell you that after literally one month, my scores and overall fitness had improved to where the minimum passing scores were easy and not challenging to me anymore. Let me say, the Navy SEAL Physical Screening Test is not a particularly daunting one, nor is it a challenge to sneer at. If someone can easily pass one of those, he or she is in pretty good shape.

Nowadays, just a few months after attempting my first PST, my scores have improved to the point where even the Elevated passing requirements are a joke, and the minimums are absolutely laughable. My physique has improved by an astounding margin, and i can pass a PST at the Elevated level in my sleep. At this point I take it for fun!

All I want you to do is start like I did, measure yourself like I did, and do the same program I put myself through. You'll love it, and you'll feel accomplished. The hardest part is getting started on a workout. You can endure a little pain and discomfort and do it, or you can sit there on the couch and rot. No skin off my nose, but you'll regret being lazy and missing out. That's a guarantee. Besides, every time you do one of these exercises, you're doing more than 290,000,000 people in America alone do in a week. Git some!
